The title of the Korean novel "Dang-in Ri: Two hours running out after Blackout" showcases multiple imagined large-scale failure in South Korea's electricity generator system. The Dang-in Ri plant is an extra, emergency plant in which shows up a team of people doing everything they can to mend the situation, cranking their brains. One of the team members is a young fun-seeking ex-game-developer. Also with the team are two mums of children with the same illness. The mums work together in the team to work the electricity system. The problems for the fatal few days, and their reasons, are posed and laid out all over the south of the Korean penninsula. This investigative gem of a fiction was written by a South Korean out-of-office economist, Woo Seok Hoon. Not his first fiction and it shows!
