Not So Lonely

Nowinlove 2024. 4. 18. 13:37

I had a rollicking good read in the travel book Lonely Planet Seoul: its balanced and enjoyable content was very familiar as i have lived in or near Seoul for almost all of my life.
In the performing section, the authors were kind to point out the English subtitles for each performance - happening oftener than expected for certain- including Nanta, a Cooking play where wordless kitchen tools make dins each night.
The history part was also quite convenient, promising to be helpful to those blind to this little peninsula's past.
Seoulites are supposed to be energetic, meat and alcohol spilling into their city's nights in an array of company in various places. For once, Lonely Planet Seoul is not so lonely as the title suggests.
