College of Fine Arts at Seoul National University
Generally deemed the best university in whichever categories in South Korea, Seoul National University can be explored as follows, in the programmes of the College of Fine Arts programmes. This college encompasses Oriental Painting, Painting, Sculpture, Design (Ceramics Major, Metalwork and Jewelry Major, etc) and Interdisciplinary (Art Management, Fine Arts Education) programme, but doesn't include the aesthetics department; Also note that the ceramics major exists only in the Bachelor's and Master's degrees, same as Metalwork and Jewelry major.
Applying international students will annually go through differing screenings. Korean language proficiency in this area is essential, although there are some English lectures in the Departments of Oriental Painting, Sculpture and Design.

International Design School for Advanced Studies (IDAS)
Today at International Design School for Advanced Studies (IDAS) in Hong-ik University, students can enjoy the aesthetic and subversive atmosphere in the nearby Hongdai (although fine arts students are not accepted at IDAS), and there are students from overseas. At the moment, two professors teach in Digital Media Design, one an architect, and 40% of total lectures are held in English.
Fine arts students can go instead for the venerable and competent Hongik University College of Fine Arts which offers just as diverse majors lectured in both English and Korean, changeable every semester. Currently there are international students studying here.

Graduate School of Techno Design in Kookmin University
Similar with IDAS, this school has international faculty and students; It features Departments of Design Science, of Product Innovation Design, of Spatial Culture Design, of Smart Experience Design, Visual Communication Design and of Architecture Design. For admission, documents and interviews are required and Bachelor's and Master's qualifications only, for Master's and Doctor's programmes. International students occupy about half of the departments' capacities. At the bidding of the professors diverse lectures in English are held.

The Department of Industrial Design at KAIST (ID KAIST)
There are two overseas professors at ID KAIST and the department embraces diverse people with expertise from different disciplines. There are guidelines for International students which state the different requirements. (see the link below) According to its webpages fluent in English language, ID KAIST promotes "transdisciplinary studies, create a convergence research environment, and boost entrepreneurship and start-up education." International students are admitted, and lectures in English are available for them.

School of Visual Arts, Korea National University of Arts
Known for "showing talent and colour", the art students belonging here usually carry out much collaboration with others in the University. In this place both people in the category of General Admissions and that of Exchange Students are accepted and there are some international students in this school. Nonetheless, almost all classes are only in Korean.

College of ART & DESIGN, Ewha Womans University
This woman-only college consists of Department of Fine Arts, the Department of Design and Department of Clothing and Textiles; On its webpage it states that it is the first institute in South Korea to accommodate a four-year college arts course.
The availability for English language lectures in each department is different, so you should check this out beforehand.

College of Fine Arts, Kyung Hee University
Located in what is said to be the most picturesque university campus in Korea, this place offers programmes in Korean Painting, Painting and Sculpture and only puts out lectures partly in English, not fully English lectures. There are currently some international students in graduate school.
