Year 2022 Finally we meet!

Nowinlove 2022. 5. 8. 15:10

This year's Suwon Theatre Festival has its venues shared by Gyeonggi SangSang Campus and leisurely Suwon Tapdong Citizen's Farm in late May, its potential audience having missed the last year's gigs due to Coronavirus.

A variety of circus-ish acts is going to happen in all sorts of arenas, and in the weekend dated from 20 to 22 May, younger and older performers will sharply and with bold demeanour act in such thoroughfares as their diverse meta-human AND artistic capabilities: of tightrope, mid-air performance and martial arts, or simply running the bridge at night-time, over the water. Also installation art, street theatre, nonverbal performance, reading performance, dance drama, Korean traditional music, Afro-music, and plain dance, all showcase their say here. And this year, the ever diligent Suwon Cultural Foundation is still endorsing this yearly weekend event.

You can check out the festival at their homepage here. The full name of the festival is Party in the Forest. They've put up the English version of May's programmes.
