Sung Si Kyung is a versatile vocalist with uniqueness that's ever getting ready to spring into not only the future, but also the now and the past music world. He won a singing contest around 23 years ago while studying to enter college, and that was the beginning of his now much advanced vocal career. Since then he has sung several, no, even more than several crooning songs that makes his fellow musicians admire his setlist of contemporary music pieces. His cosy rendition of Lately (originally performed by Stevie Wonder) is both inspiring and beloved.
I personally love most his somewhat fantasy-based songs Heejae and Story of Mari. Heejae sounds like a snowy soft Korean winter, while the latter is a delightful and youthfully drowsy theme melody for a South Korean animation with the same name.
